Recently I had the pleasure of staying at the newly renovated Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Tampa. I had never stayed at a Hard Rock hotel before, so I didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival I was shocked how massive the property was! We walked around a bit, to get an idea of what there was to do, and it seemed endless! With over 13 dining options, 3 pools, multiple cafes, a gorgeous new spa, AND more...you could say I was a little OVERWHELMED on where to start!

Zach and I decided to take things easy the first night, and enjoy a nice dinner together. We tried out Cipresso, which is the Hard Rock's newest Italian RESTAURANT. The ATMOSPHERE was very upscale and trendy, with a modern color scheme. Italian food is my favorite, and always a great go to for dinner! We started out with some meatballs and a ceaser salad, both of which were excellent. For our main course, I got a chicken carbonara, which wasn't my favorite, so I ended up SWAPPING it out for a lemon crab pasta dish that was so yummy I forgot to take pictures! Zach got the chicken marsala with polenta, and the sauce was FANTASTIC! We were so full that we decided to skip out on dessert (plus we saw some awesome treats at Constant Grind that we wanted to take up to the room). Our service was excellent, and I'd absolutely recommend checking out this RESTAURANT, even if your just a Tampa local!

After walking off our dinner, we stopped at Constant Grind, which is just the cutest little coffee shop/bakery ever! If you're looking for a trendy photo spot, THIS IS IT! Everything is pink, gold, and blue, AND the desserts are even prettier! We got 3 to bring up to the room, to eat and cuddle as we were getting pretty tired! Haha typical Zach and I found The Office on TV, and ate our yummy treats, all nice and cozy back at the room. We got a cookie & caramel jar, tiramisu in a cup (all edible!), and a raspberry lemon puff. Our favorite was the cookie & caramel jar!

The next morning, we were lucky enough to treat OURSELVES to a couples massage! The Hard Rock Tampa just finished renovating their Rock Spa and WOW, I sure did feel like a princess! They had a lot of different massage packages, but we stuck with a Swedish Massage. It was so relaxing, and our MASSEUSES were FANTASTIC! To make it even better, we got green apple sorbet afterwards. It was so unique and refreshing! After our massage, I thought it was so awesome that they had a co-ed area for us to spend time in. There was a large jacuzzi, heated loungers, and refreshments! Since our massage was so early we had the whole place to OURSELVES! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND booking an early morning treatment.

We headed back to our room feeling so relaxed and serene. We then decided to order room service for breakfast, so we could stay cozy and spend some time together. We ordered yogurt, a fruit plate, some eggs & bacon, an omelette, and waffles! LOL You could say we were treating ourselves a bit! The fruit plate was amazing, with honey and granola on top! My omelette was DELICIOUS, but I think our eyes were DEFINITELY bigger than our stomachs lol!

We had an awesome view of the pool from our room, which just enticed us to go check it out. The pool deck was insane! I felt like I was on a tropical island, or a cruise ship. There were AWESOME huge day beds, AND they even had loungers in the water! We decided to lay out on the day beds, and enjoy the breeze. It was nice, because even though we were on this deck, it felt very spacious and like we had our own little secluded area.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. The room was very spacious and modern. I ESPECIALLY loved the bathroom BECAUSE of the sliding glass door BETWEEN the shower/COUNTEr. It kept all the steam from the shower in that section, so I was able to do my makeup in front of the mirror while Zach SHOWERed, without it being seamy and foggy! EVEN though gambling isn't really our thing, we loved that there were so many options and ACTIVITIES to do! I love being able to take little STAY-CATIONS, and dedicate some time to focus on relaxing.
